Seemed like this would be relatively easy to make, but alas, not for me. Witness bendy outcome and the crawling of the underglaze.. but! Still functional and the painting was fun.

Three steps to paper towel awesomeness with ceramics
For those who also suffer from having a hideous paper towel holder on the kitchen counter, I offer the following three step plan.
Step 1: Take an ordinarily hideous paper towel holder:
Step 2: Add a cat top and tail.
Step 3: Voila!
